Montresor Capitel della Crosara Valpolicella Classico Ripasso wine from a single vineyard with concentrated fruit flavours and spicy oak. Intense aromas of fresh morello cherry and ripe plum give an attractive first impression. The palate has bright crunchy cherry-ish fruit with spicy vanilla notes. A generous wine - as ripasso should be. Try with lamb shank, calf's liver or a mushroom pasta dish. Hard cheeses would also suit.
