Palomino, Pedro Ximenez and Torrontes grapes are harvested in the cool of the night to preserve freshness. The grapes are then co-fermented at cold temperatures to produce a crisp and aromatic white wine.
Vineyards high in the Andes enjoy cool night time temperatures and snow melt from the mountains, perfect for this white wine giving floral aromas and zesty flavours of citrus , peach and apricot. Pair this with marinated grilled chicken and vegetables, or a pasta dish with a creamy sauce.
