Taking Pinot Meunier, the cheekiest child of the Champagne trinity, AB&D produced a nice bright pink base wine then bottled it in the dying stages of its primary fermentation.
Alpha Box & Dice Realismo Meunier Pet Nat in a nutshell is strawberries and cream, raspberry and pretty pink flowers. The palate is clean, zippy and fresh with a lovely, creamy mousse and refreshing weight. Pair with sunshine and charcuterie.
