Natural ferment followed by a 2 year 'relax' in barrel made from local Styrian oak.

Herrenhof Lamprecht Sand & Lime Reserve Pinot Gris is delicately orange/pink in colour, tangerine peel on the nose with light grapefruit notes on the palate. Oak is is used to give the wine texture rather than imparting any toasty notes. As Gottfried says; "fine and elegant, not opulent." Pairs beautifully with grilled octopus.
