Established in 2003, Adria Vini is a winemaking venture jointly owned by Boutinot and Araldica Castelvero, the leading co-operative in the Monferrato hills of Piemonte. Their aim is to produce authentic, well-priced still and sparkling wines from local grape varieties. They source from a range of private growers and cooperatives, with whom they have long term relationships, principally in Veneto, Friuli, Lombardy, Sicily, Puglia, Abruzzo and Sardinia.
The Moscato grapes are picked and fermented in pressurised tanks to create a natural fizz. Once 5% ABV is reached the fermentation is stopped by chilling and filtration to retain a delicious natural sweetness. (with no added sugar).
Tuttavia Moscato bursts with juicy ripe apricot flavours, balanced by mouth-watering freshness and a delicate natural fizz to slate the thirst. Pour over ice or drink on the go. Great for summer picnics, BBQ's and festivals. Outrageously delicious!
