Translating literally as ‘my pace’ Miopasso sums up the Italian way of life. Taking everything in stride and savouring everyday life with a generous flow of wine is probably why Italy is the fifth most popular tourist destination in the world.
Fiano is one of the classic Italian grapes, often known for honey characteristics; the Romans called Fiano ‘Vitis Apiana’ or Vine of the Bees. It’s also known for ageing well in bottle, developing nutty, spicy tones. The small grapes produce little juice compared with other varieties, therefore it’s more expensive and more difficult to grow. This dry white has aromas of peach and apricot with rich almondy, hazelnut characters.
