Established in 2003, Adria Vini is a winemaking venture jointly owned by Boutinot and Araldica Castelvero, the leading co-operative in the Monferrato hills of Piemonte. Their aim is to produce authentic, well-priced still and sparkling wines from local grape varieties. They source from a range of private growers and cooperatives, with whom they have long term relationships, principally in Veneto, Friuli, Lombardy, Sicily, Puglia, Abruzzo and Sardinia.
Produced from Moscato and Brachetto grapes, that are picked and fermented in pressurised tanks to create a natural fizz. Once 7% ABV is reached fermentation is stopped by chilling and filtering, to retain a delicious natural sweetness (no added sugar).
Tuttavia Rose bursts with juicy, sweet raspberry and strawberry fruits. With a luscious light spritz and lower alcohol of 7%, this is a perfect authentic Italian aperitivo. Serve chilled, over ice or straight out of the picnic box.
