Yushan Signature Bourbon Cask is a single malt whisky from Taiwan’s Nantou Distillery, distilled in a Scottish Forsyth still and aged in bourbon casks, as its name suggests. Named after Taiwan’s highest peak, Yushan, this sweet and creamy whisky is bottled at 46% ABV without chill filtering.
Nose: Floral honey, peaches and cream, vanilla, and buttery apple turnover pastry.
Palate: Smooth caramel, vanilla pod, lime zest, and a spicy peppery note.
Finish: A burst of tangerine citrus with a touch of nutmeg.
