The Calvados Berneroy Master Blender employs time-honoured methods and finely honed expertise to create a range of distinctively fruity calvados, capturing the very essence of the local orchards.
Berneroy VSOP is a Calvados bursting with fresh apple and vanilla flavours and aromas. From the heart of the Calvados region, Berneroy aged this VSOP in Limousin oak for around 8 years. It has a great flavour and they recommend it with the cheeseboard, chocolate, or even as an accompaniment to a good cigar. Subtle and airy with a beautiful acidity. Serve straight up, on the rocks or in a variety of cocktails.
