Bullhouse Brew Co are part of the new wave of Northern Irish brewers making their mark on the UK scene. Producing multi-award winning beers such as Merc Bro and Rolling Papers, they are known for a solid core range as well as a host of specials ranging from funky sours to decadent stouts.
Designed and developed by the team at Bullhouse East, Wyse Gyse is a homage to Bullhouse East's location in the heart of East Belfast, opposite a much loved local institution. An India pale lager brewed using German base malt, with the addition of some Cara and Vienna malt to provide a rice malty backbone and then dry hopped with Citra, El Dorado and Ekuanot.
