Widely regarded as one of the best co-operatives in the world, Cave de Turckheim is situated to the north west of Colmar in Alsace. Michel Lihrmann has been the senior winemaker for over 25 years and his style of dryer wines has been a huge hit, expressing the wonderful breadth of the Alsatian terroir and grape varieties while pushing pure fruit flavours to the fore.
Turckheim Pinot Blanc 'Terres de Granit’ is a pure, fresh and versatile wine, matching with a variety of foods. With honey and nectarine on the nose, the palate shows bright lemon and stone-fruit flavours, pure concentrated minerality with rich palate weight. Excellent as an aperitif or with seafood, pasta, fish and cured meats, or chicken at any time of day.
