The grapes are harvested manually followed by a soft pressing and fermentation maceration with selected yeasts at controlled temperature below 20°C in steel tanks.
Bella Modella Pinot Grigio wine is a beautifully, light, vibrant white to be appreciated for its zesty, citrus and green apple character and refreshing quality. Excellent as an aperitif, with starters, risottos and fish-based first courses. Suitable with fresh cheeses, vegetables and white meats.
