A relatively young domaine established in the Côte de Beaune but with mature vineyards in classic appellations of Beaune, Pommard, Monthélie and Meursault. The now custodians, Brigitte Berthelemot and winemaker, Marc Cugney are passionate about Pinot Noir and the multitude of expressions the Burgundian terroir offers.
Domaine Berthelemot Pommard 'Noizons' wine is big and beautiful. This is a beautifully perfumed Pinot Noir with aromas of sweet red berries, subtle savoury spice and firm yet rounded tannins. Serve decanted at room temperature with a rich braised beef casserole or warming spiced lamb tagine with couscous.
