Domaine du Pré Baron, Touraine Gamay wine is hand-picked and fully carbonic-macerated. No oak, just vibrant, crunchy, classic Loire Gamay. Lovely fresh, raspberry fruit. Good concentration and depth on the palate, a touch of rusticity and a gentle balancing structure. Fabulous with charcuteries and grilled white meats.
