Sourced from the limestone soils of the Les Creuzettes vineyard, from vines of at least 35 years old. The grapes are hand-picked, pressed and then cold fermented with ageing in stainless steel for 11 months.
Domaine G.Saumaize, Pouilly-Fuissé Les Creuzettes is fine and delicate on the nose with aromas of acacia flowers, fresh pineapple and lemon. Complex and powerful but beautifully balanced with a fine finish. Drinks perfectly with shellfish and white fish in light, lemony sauces.
