The Godello vines are over 20 years old, and trained on trellis. After harvesting the grapes are taken to the cellar to be vinified and, following fermentation, the wine spends 5 months on fine lees.
Madai Origen Godello has aromas of apple and peach with herbal hints. The palate has ripe stone fruit - smooth and balanced in the mouth with bright acidity and an appealing citrus and savoury tang on the finish.
A good match for paella or Japanese dishes such as sushi and Tempura prawns / vegetables.
