Bunches of grapes are transported directly to a press where a soft pressing is done before they undergo a soft racking. The alcoholic fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature 14-16 ºC.
This wine has expressive, aromas of strawberries, raspberries and melon. It would be perfect as an aperitif or paired with a fresh Summer salad.
